No Churn Vanilla Ice-Cream To Satisfy Your Sweet Tooth

Whip

In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.

Transfer

In another bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt.

Fold

Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until fully combined. Be careful not to deflate the whipped cream.

Keep

Freeze

Pour the mixture into an airtight container and smooth the top. Cover and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until firm.

Serve

Scoop and enjoy! You can add mix-ins like chocolate chips, crushed cookies, or fruit before freezing if you’d like.
