New Year Eve Recipe: Haryali Paneer Tikka

Ingredients

Paneer, fresh coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, cumin powder, sattu, salt.

Prepare Marinade

Blend coriander, mint, chilies, garlic, yogurt & spices to make a smooth marinade.

Marinate Paneer

Coat your paneer cubes in the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.

Grill To Perfection

Grill or pan-fry the paneer until golden and crispy on the outside.

Serve
