In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the strawberry Jello, vanilla pudding mix, water, and lemon juice.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and refrigerate until it thickens (about 1 hour).
Once the Jello mixture is chilled and thickened, gently fold in the cool whip until well combined.
Pour the filling into the cooled pie shell, spreading it evenly.
Garnish with additional strawberries and whipped cream if desired before serving.
– Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor. – Chill overnight for optimal texture and ease of slicing.
