Mutton Biryani: A Classic Recipe For Festive Feasts 

Wash and soak rice for 30 minutes, drain and set aside. 

Marinate mutton for 30 minutes, pressure cook for 10 whistles, then simmer for 15 minutes. 

Saute onions in oil and ghee until golden, add ginger garlic paste and tomatoes. 

Mix in spices, cooked mutton with juices, and drained rice. 

Add coriander, mint, and water, simmer covered for 15-20 minutes.

Fluff the biryani and serve hot with raita.
