1 cup rice flour, 1 cup jaggery, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 tsp cardamom powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda.
First, dissolve jaggery in water over low heat. Stir until it forms a sticky syrup.
Mix rice flour, cardamom powder, and baking soda. Add cooled jaggery syrup and stir to form a smooth batter.
Heat ghee in a pan, shape the batter into discs, and fry.
Fry the discs on medium heat until golden and crispy on both sides.
Let them cool slightly, and your crispy Athirasams are ready to enjoy.
