A perfect blend of flavor and color, these carrots will brighten up any meal.
To make this 6-8 carrots, 2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp honey, ½ tsp cinnamon, salt to taste.
Start by peeling and cutting the carrots into even-sized pieces.
Add the carrots and sauté for about 5 minutes until they begin to soften.
Mix in the honey, brown sugar, salt, and pepper and Stir until the carrots are evenly coated.
Top each cheesecake with raspberry sauce and a fresh raspberry for a festive touch.
