Lingkan Reang
Make a soft dough with flour, salt, and water, rest it.
Saute onions, green chillies, and ginger-garlic in oil.
Add mushrooms, cook, then mix in spices and spring onions.
Divide dough into balls, roll two out, and add filling between them.
Seal, roll, and cook on a hot tawa with oil until golden.
Serve hot and enjoy!
