Mushroom Kurma Recipe: A Flavourful Vegetarian Delight

Heat oil in a kadai and saute onions until light brown. 

Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute. 

Stir in tomatoes and cook until mushy.

Add spice powders and salt, then cook until oil separates. 

Toss in chopped mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes. 

Add coconut milk, bring to a boil, and serve hot with roti.
