Lingkan Reang
Cook onions, chillies, and cashews in water until soft, then blend into a smooth puree.
Saute shahi jeera in ghee, add the puree, and cook until it leaves the sides.
Season with sugar, salt, and garam masala, mix well.
Lower the heat, add curd, and stir thoroughly.
Add paneer, kasuri methi, and cream, mix well and remove from heat.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
