Heat oil in a kadai, fry onions until golden, then add curry leaves and green chilies.
Add ginger garlic paste, then mix in tomatoes and season with salt.
Stir in turmeric powder, then add chicken and sear on all sides.
Cook the chicken uncovered for 15 minutes on low flame.
Add chili powder and coriander powder, and cook for another 15 minutes.
Pour in chilli sauce and garnish with cilantro and curry leaves.
