Lingkan Reang
Grind onions, ginger garlic paste, and green chilies.
Heat oil, add the paste, and cook until the raw smell disappears.
Add salt, garam masala, and pepper, mix well.
Add water, cover, and boil for 10 minutes until oil floats.
Stir in kasuri methi leaves and cream, mix well.
Add boiled eggs, simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Serve with roti or rice.
