Lingkan Reang
Soak dried mushrooms for over 2 hours until tender, then squeeze out water and cut into quarters.
Cut peppers into small pieces and coat mushrooms with potato or corn starch.
In a pan, mix all sauce ingredients, bring to a boil, and simmer for 4 minutes.
Heat oil to 320°F and fry mushroom pieces until golden brown (1-2 minutes).
Remove mushrooms and place on a wire rack or paper towel.
Reheat oil, fry mushrooms again until golden, then coat with sauce and peppers.
