Take 1 cup flour, ¼ teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon oil in a bowl. Mix well with a spoon.
Add 2 to 3 tablespoon water in parts and begin to knead to a firm dough.
Then chop the vegetables like cabbage, carrots, beans and Add spices, salt and soy sauce.
Add 3 tablespoons of vegetables stuffing in the centre.
Apply a thin layer of oil to the steamer.
Steam them in a steamer pan. Dough should not feel sticky to you. This means they are done.
Then served hot momos with spicy chutney.
