In a bowl, combine soaked soya granules, chopped onions, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, salt, coriander leaves, and breadcrumbs. Mix well.
Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into long, cylindrical kebabs.
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the kebabs until golden brown and cooked through on all sides.
Take a roti or paratha, spread green chutney, and place a kebab in the center. Top with sliced onions and cucumber.
Roll the roti tightly around the kebab, securing it with a toothpick or wrapping it in parchment paper.
Serve hot with extra green chutney and lemon wedges for a delightful treat!
