Lingkan Reang
Mix flour, salt, sugar, baking soda, oil, yogurt, and water to form a soft dough.
Let the dough rest for 30 minutes, covered with oil.
Prepare the filling ingredients and mix well.
Flatten dough, apply butter, roll it, then shape into a ball and flatten again.
Place filling in the center, seal, and roll into a kulcha. Sprinkle with coriander leaves.
Cook on a hot tawa, drizzling with oil for 3-4 minutes on each side, then apply butter and serve.
