Overnight Oats

In a jar or bowl, combine oats, milk, yogurt, and sweetener. Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.

Peanut Butter Banana Toast

 Toast the bread, spread peanut butter on the warm toast, top with banana slices and drizzle with honey or sprinkle chia seeds if desired.

Greek Yogurt Parfait

In a glass or bowl, layer yogurt, granola, and berries. Repeat layers as desired and drizzle with honey if you like.

Egg Muffins

Whisk eggs in a bowl and mix in veggies, cheese, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture into greased muffin tins. And bake for 15-20 minutes until set. Let cool and store in the fridge for quick snacks.

Add Batter

Toast the bread. Mash the avocado in a bowl, adding salt, pepper, and optional ingredients. Spread the mixture on the toast and enjoy!

In a food processor, blend dates and nuts until finely chopped. Add oats and nut butter, blending until mixed. Roll into bite-sized balls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
