– 1 sheet puff pastry (or homemade croissant dough) – 100g dark chocolate (chopped or chocolate bars) – 1 egg (for egg wash) – 1 tbsp milk – Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into triangles.
Place chocolate pieces near the wider edge of each triangle.
Gently roll from the wide edge to form a croissant shape.
Mix the egg with milk and brush it over the croissants for a golden finish.
Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
Dust with powdered sugar and enjoy your flaky, chocolate-filled delight!
