Grate radish, mix with turmeric and salt, let it rest, then squeeze out the water.
Saute ajwain, onions, green chillies, and spices in oil, add radish, and cook until dry.
Prepare dough with atta, salt, and water; knead, oil, and rest for 30 minutes.
Divide dough and stuffing into portions, fill dough with stuffing, and roll into chapattis.
Cook on a hot tawa, flipping and applying ghee/oil until golden.
Serve hot with pickle or raita.
