All-purpose flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, eggs, whole milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, boiling water.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix all your dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl, mix eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract.
lowly add the boiling water. The batter will be thin – that’s perfect.
Pour the batter into greased cake pans and bake for 30-35 minutes.
