Heat ghee in a pan, add milk powder and milk, and mix well.
Saute for 30 seconds to 1 minute until combined.
Add powdered sugar and mix, cook until ghee starts to separate from the sides.
Immediately pour the mixture into a greased pan.
Top with saffron and nuts, then let it cool and set for 2 hours.
Slice and enjoy the sweet treat.
