In a large mixing bowl or the bowl of an electric mixer, combine the lukewarm water, melted butter, sugar, and eggs. Mix well.
Lightly oil your hands and the mixing bowl. Shape the dough into a ball and place it in the greased bowl.
Roll each piece into a long rope (about 10 inches long), then twist it into a spiral shape.
Place the twisted donuts on a floured tray or parchment paper and cover them with a towel.
Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
While still warm, roll the donuts in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon to coat evenly.
