Masala Fried Chicken Recipe: A Spicy And Crispy Delight

Blend coriander, mint, curry leaves, green chillies, ginger, and garlic into a smooth paste. 

Mix the paste with curd, salt, lemon juice, and garam masala powder. 

Marinate chicken in the mixture for 3-4 hours or overnight in the fridge. 

Add rice flour to the marinated chicken and mix well. 

Deep fry chicken on low-medium heat for 20 minutes, then on high heat for 5 minutes.

Drain and serve hot.
