Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and butterfly chicken breasts.
Saute garlic, oregano, and thyme in butter, then sear chicken until golden.
Add 1/4 cup chicken broth and bake until chicken is cooked through (15 minutes).
Cook bacon until crisp, chop, and prepare angel hair pasta until tender.
Make the sauce by whisking flour, chicken broth, Parmesan, and cream, add sun-dried tomatoes, bacon, and chicken.
Serve chicken and sauce over the cooked pasta.
