Lingkan Reang
Soak agar agar in water, melt it, and set aside.
Mix mango pulp, sugar syrup, lemon juice, and melted agar agar, pour into a mold and refrigerate to set.
For the coconut layer, melt agar agar, mix with sugar syrup and coconut milk.
Pour the coconut mix over the set mango layer and refrigerate overnight.
Unmold the dessert and cut into cubes.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
