Lingkan Reang
Marinate chicken with salt and lemon juice for 10 minutes.
Dry roast spices, then blend with lemongrass, ginger, galangal, garlic, and turmeric into a paste.
Mix the paste with chicken and marinate for 1 hour.
Add egg and cornstarch to the chicken and coat well.
Deep fry chicken until golden and crispy, about 12-15 minutes.
Drain and serve hot.
