Gather rice, assorted vegetables, protein (optional), gochujang sauce, and seasonings for a balanced Bibimbap.
Steam white or brown rice according to package instructions to serve as the base of your Bibimbap.
Blanch, sauté, or stir-fry vegetables like spinach, carrots, zucchini, mushrooms, and bean sprouts for added flavor.
Marinate and cook beef, chicken, tofu, or tempeh for added protein, enhancing your Bibimbap’s taste.
Fry or poach an egg until the yolk is slightly runny, adding richness and texture to the dish.
Prepare the spicy-sweet gochujang sauce with sesame oil, sugar, and vinegar to drizzle over the Bibimbap.
Layer rice, vegetables, protein, and the egg in a bowl; mix everything with the sauce before enjoying!
