Make Your Diwali Sweeter With Coconut Laddoos

Ingredients

– 2 cups grated coconut (fresh or desiccated) – 1 cup condensed milk – 1 tablespoon ghee – 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder – Few chopped nuts (optional) – Extra grated coconut for coating

Toast The Coconut

Lightly toast the desiccated coconut in a pan for a few minutes until fragrant.

Mix Condensed Milk

Pour 1 cup of condensed milk into the roasted coconut and stir well. Continue cooking the mixture until it thickens.

Adding Flavor

Add cardamom powder and stir in the chopped nuts for an extra crunch.

Shape Into Laddoos

Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round laddoos using your palms.

Roll In Coconut 

Roll the laddoos in extra desiccated coconut for a beautiful finish.
