Ugadi Pachadi is a traditional dish made on Ugadi, the Telugu and Kannada New Year.
To make this Tamarind pulp, jaggery, neem flowers, raw mango, red chili powder, salt.
Soak tamarind in warm water for about 15 minutes and extract the pulp.
Grate the jaggery and mix it with the tamarind pulp. Stir until the jaggery dissolves completely.
Add raw mango for tang and neem flowers for a touch of bitterness, symbolizing life's challenges.
Enjoy your Ugadi Pachadi with a prayer to celebrate the New Year, welcoming happiness, health, and prosperity.
