5-6 fresh soya chaap sticks, ½ cup yogurt, 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp chaat masala, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp oil, salt to taste.
Boil soya chaap sticks for 5 minutes (if using frozen). Remove sticks and cut chaap into chunks.
Take a bowl and mix spices, curd, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, and oil.
Add chaap pieces to the marinade. Coat well and let it sit for at least 30 mins.
Bake, Grill, air-fry, or pan-fry the soya chaap until golden.
Drizzle chaat masala, add some onions and dipping sauces, and serve hot.
