Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a 12-cup cupcake tray.
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl, set aside.
Boil milk and butter, cool until needed.
Whip eggs and sugar until fluffy, then mix in vanilla.
Combine dry ingredients, and milk mixture, and fold into a smooth batter.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, cool, ice with sweetened cream, and decorate.
