Soak agar agar in water for 10 minutes, then gently heat until melted.
Heat milk, sugar, and cream in a saucepan until warmed through.
Stir in vanilla and coffee powder, mixing well.
Add the melted agar agar mixture and stir gently.
Pour into individual cups and chill in the fridge for 2 hours to set.
Serve cold and enjoy!
