Make The Sweatest Kaju Watermelon Dessert At Home

Blend cashews into a fine powder without forming a paste.

Cook sugar and water to a one-string consistency.

Add cashew powder, mix until it forms a sticky dough, and transfer to a greased plate.

Knead the dough into a smooth ball, divide it into three portions, and dye two portions red and green.

Layer the coloured dough, roll red into a ball, wrap with green, then white, and smooth.

Let dry for 5 minutes, cut into quarters, and serve.
