Soak gelatin in water for 10 minutes, then heat until melted.
Heat milk and condensed milk, then mix in melted gelatin.
Pour half the milk mixture into a greased pan, freeze for 20-30 minutes.
Prepare jelly with hot water and pour over the set milk layer, freeze for 10-15 minutes.
Add the remaining milk mixture, freeze for 20-30 minutes, then top with strawberry jelly.
Set in the fridge overnight, unmould, slice, and serve.
