Grease a baking pan with ghee, sprinkle sugar, and caramelize over heat.
In a blender, blend bread, milk, sugar, condensed milk, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
Pour the custard mixture into the caramelized pan.
Cover the pan with foil and steam for 40-45 minutes.
Check doneness with a knife, then chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
Slice and serve the chilled custard.
