Lingkan ReangĀ
Blend coconut and milk into a slightly coarse puree.
Add the puree and sugar to a pan, stirring continuously.
Cook and stir until the mixture thickens and leaves the sides of the pan (about 15 mins).
Stir in ghee and cardamom powder, and continue cooking until it foams at the edges.
Pour into a greased plate and let it cool.
Once cooled, cut into squares and serve.
