Make Soothing Vegetable Soup At Home Today

Saute ginger, garlic, onions, and chilies in hot oil for 2-3 minutes.

Add finely chopped vegetables and cook for 5 minutes. 

Stir in sauces and mix well.

Add stock, salt, sugar, and pepper & mix thoroughly. 

Thicken with a cornflour-water mixture and cook until slightly thickened. 

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
