Lingkan Reang
Boil 6 cups of water with anchovies and garlic for 10 minutes, then remove.
Rinse soybean sprouts and discard any skins.
Add sprouts and 1 teaspoon of salt to the broth, cover, and boil for 4-5 minutes.
Keep the lid closed to avoid a lingering raw bean smell.
Taste for salt and pepper, adjusting as needed.
Add scallions and serve.
