Activate yeast by mixing with warm water and sugar, let it foam.
Combine flour, salt, oil, and yeast mix to form a dough, let it rise for 1 hour.
Prepare garlic herb butter by melting ingredients (except cheese) in a pan.
Divide dough, shape into knots, and arrange in a greased baking pan.
Let knots rise for 30-45 minutes, then brush with garlic butter and sprinkle cheese.
Bake at 220°C for 12-15 minutes, brush with butter, and serve warm.
