Mix rice flour and salt in a microwave-safe bowl, then add hot water gradually to form a crumbly texture.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap (leave a small gap) and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
Stir the mixture, add water if dry, cover again, and microwave for another 2 minutes.
Transfer the cooked mixture to a greased surface, pound it until smooth, and knead with hands if needed.
Divide the dough into 4 portions, roll into ropes, and cut into desired sizes.
Coat with sesame oil and store in the fridge or freezer.
