Make Sheet-Pan Chicken Fajita Bowls At Home

Preheat oven to 425°F with a large baking sheet inside.

In a bowl, mix chili powder, cumin, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and pepper.

Whisk 1 Tbsp oil into the spice mixture, then toss with chicken, onion, and bell peppers.

Spray the heated pan with cooking spray & spread the chicken mixture evenly and roast for 15 minutes.

In another bowl, mix kale and black beans with remaining salt and olive oil.

Stir chicken and veggies, then top with kale and beans & roast for an additional 5-7 minutes.

Combine reserved spices with yogurt, lime juice, and water, serve chicken and veggies in bowls drizzled with dressing.
