Heat oil in a kadhai and fry the burger patty until light brown.
Spread 1 tbsp of burger mayonnaise on each half of the bun.
On the first bun half, layer lettuce, onions, jalapenos, and a cheese slice with mayonnaise.
Add the first patty, then place the second bun half on top.
Repeat with remaining lettuce, onions, jalapeños, and the second patty, adding more mayo.
Close with the top bun and serve.
