You need a spinach, oil, oats, salt, some spices, grated carrots or panner and water.
Start by grinding the oats into a coarse powder. This helps in making the batter for the chilla.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground oats, spinach paste, cumin powder, chili powder, and salt. Add water gradually to get a thick batter.
Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease with oil. Pour a ladle of the batter and spread it into a circle.
Cook on medium heat until golden brown on both sides about 2 or 3 minutes.
Once cooked, serve your Oats Palak Chilla hot with a side of green chutney or yogurt.
