Make Quick And Easy Bell Pepper Tacos

Ingredients

You need a pepper, onions, lettuce, corntortillas, tomatoes, garlic, some spices, oil, taco seasoning.

Cook

Heat oil in a pan, Add diced bell peppers, onions and garlic to the pan and cook until starting to soften, about 3-4 minutes.

Add Onion Mixture

Move pepper and onion mixture to the side of the pan and add ground turkey and taco seasoning.

Mix

Add salt as per taste and mix it very well and cook for 10 mins.

Cook Veggies

Use a spatula to break up the ground turkey and mix it with the vegetables.

Serve

When all is done, switch off the heat and fill tortillas with the tacos, veggies, then add your favorite taco toppings. Enjoy.
