Add the oats to a blender or food processor. Pulse the oats until they become a fine powder.
Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt; whisk until well combined. Add oat milk, eggs, butter, brown sugar and vanilla; whisk until just combined.
Lightly grease it with a cooking spray or a bit of oil.
Pour the batter into the preheated waffle iron.
Close and cook for about 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve your oatmeal waffles with ice-cream or garnished with strawberry and syrup. Enjoy.
