Marinate mutton with turmeric, salt, and red chilli powder for 1 hour.
Grind cumin, coriander, garlic, clove, cardamom, and teja mirch to make garam masala.
Grind red chillies, garlic, oil, salt, and ginger to make hara masala.
Heat oil in a pan, saute onions till brown.
Add garam masala and hara masala, stir, and add warm water.
Add marinated mutton, cook until oil separates, then add salt and more warm water.
Cover and cook for 40 minutes, garnish with red chillies, and serve with butter roti and salad.
