For the molten choco lava cake take 175g butter, 200g dark chocolate, chopped 3 eggs,125g caster sugar and 30g plain flour.
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees and grease the baking dish with a little butter.
For the cake, melt the butter in a saucepan and whisk all the ingredients in a bowl.
Pour it into the baking dish by adding chocolate in the middle of the cake and bake for 10 minutes.
Take it out and firmly remove it from the baking tin.
Serve the lava cake immediately with the ice cream and enjoy!
