Wash and soak cauliflower in salted water for 30 minutes, then drain.
Finely chop cauliflower and toss with salt, letting it sweat for 15 minutes.
Squeeze out excess water from the cauliflower.
Place in a microwave-safe bowl and cook for 3-4 minutes with a lid on.
Alternatively, cook in a covered pan on low heat.
Once cooked, it's ready for serving.
