Peel the bananas and mash them until smooth. Use ripe bananas for a sweeter and creamier texture.
In a pan, heat the ghee on medium heat until it melts and becomes fragrant.
Add the mashed bananas to the ghee and cook, stirring constantly.
Add jaggery or brown sugar and coconut milk to the banana mixture. Stir well until the jaggery melts completely.
Sprinkle in cardamom powder and add chopped nuts for crunch. Continue cooking until the mixture thickens.
Transfer the halwa into the tray lined with baking paper. level up and rest for 3 hours. Cut into desired pieces.
