Make Karnataka's  Mouth-Melting Mysore Pak At Home

Take 200g cups sugar,100g flour, about 200 grams ghee and half a cup water.

Firstly, in a large non stick kadai take sugar, water and boil it.

In the next step, add sieved gram flour and keep stirring it so that no lumps are formed.

Now melt ghee in a pan and add the hot ghee in the mixture.

let the  mixture cook until it forms a thick consistency.

Transfer it into a tray and cut into rectangular pieces.

Serve it in a plate and enjoy this delicious Mysore Pak at home!
