Heat a skillet, melt butter, saute onions for 2 minutes.
Add sweetcorn, cook for 3-4 minutes, then season with salt, pepper, and sugar.
Mix in mayonnaise and half the mozzarella cheese.
Heat a sizzler plate, melt butter, and spread the corn mixture.
Top with remaining mozzarella and broil at 250°C for 2-4 minutes until golden.
Remove from oven, place on wooden dish, and serve hot.
